  • How do I request a refund?

    Koyo offers refunds if it is a quality issue but not if the issue is a matter of personal preference. Please contact info@koyoteas.com if you run into any quality issues.

  • How do I store my tea?

    For all Koyo teas, store in a freezer if possible. If not, store in an airtight container if possible in a cool, dark place at a minimum.

  • Do your teas contain any artificial flavors or preservatives?

    All Koyo teas do not contain any artificial flavors or preservatives.
